继2013年首届复杂管理系统建模与仿真国际学术研讨会（ISMSCS 2013）在我校成功举办以来，第二届复杂管理系统建模与仿真国际学术研讨会（ISMSCS 2016）即将于2016年6月4-5日举行。本届会议由新葡的京集团35222vip复杂管理系统建模与优化研究所主办，华中科技大学新葡的京集团35222vip国家自然科学基金重点项目（No.71531009）研究团队合办。
本会议旨在为国内外从事管理系统建模、仿真和优化的学者提供一个专业的高水平论坛，通过思想碰撞与信息交流，探讨相关领域的最新理论和实践，促进相互合作，推动学术研究的国际化发展。
本会议邀请了国内外在系统建模、仿真和优化领域卓有建树的知名学者参加并做主题报告，各主题报告的详细日程安排见下。
本次国际学术研讨会也是新葡的京集团35222vip工商管理启真论坛的一个重要组成部分。

Symposium Topics
（1）Low-carbon Economy and Green Production
Topics in this area focus on the issues in modeling and analysis of low-carbon planning, energy systems and green production systems; including energy policy design and assessment, green transportation, production decisions and resource planning, and risk management under the conditions of regional CO2e reduction mechanism such as cap-and-trade.
（2）Healthcare Management Systems
This area presents topics that address contemporary issues in modeling and analysis of healthcare management systems; including systems design, resource planning and disposition, performance assessment, and related applications.
（3）Behavior Simulation and Internet of Things
This area is dedicated to disseminate the findings in managerial behavior modeling and simulation analysis, computational organization theory and related application issues. How the Internet of Things helps to implement the complex systems for behavior modeling and simulation is also welcome in this topic.
（4）Simulation and Optimization Methodology
Invited presentations are organized in this area to introduce the development in the methodologies/techniques for modeling, simulation and optimization of complex management systems; State-of-the-art development, research results and issues are addressed by distinguished scholars in related fields.
